PARADISE RANCH STEAKS - A LA PETER LUGER

INGREDIENTS

-2 STEAKS OF YOUR CHOICE

-PEPPER

-ORGANIC BUTTER

-GARLIC

-MALTON SALT

Let steaks adjust to nature temp and add salt and pepper on both sides  - don’t be shy ;).

Before startingt the stake, you must make the Paradise Butter Mix. Simply mix butter with finely chopped garlic and add 2-3 teaspoons of Worcestershire sauce.

Cook the steaks on a grill skillet for 2 min on each side at full heat of Ooni oven. Take the steaks out and slice them. Place  the steaks on iron skillet and add on top the Paradise Butter Mix. 

Let it charbroil for 2 minutes and you will have the most sexy steak. ;)
