The control center. Please do not use the red circled panel, this is not ready to use. The green panel is the control for the skylight. The yellow panel is the AC. Please keep it on the ECO setting for our planet and DO NOT change the settings ONLY USE UP AND DOWN on the remote.
To set the AC unit to HEAT. Please make sure the mode is set to the SUN position.
The Paradise Gate code is 4794 then press SEND. Voila
If you dont already have the Xlock Code, please text Kenneth. Swipe your finger on the pad and the numbers will appear.
The cooler is located inside the deck, bear proof for your beer and cold drinks ;)
The best Hibachi grill: just turn dial for gas for the hibachi grill and pizza oven. The black dial is on the side of the outdoor table. When you light the hibachi grill, on the side of the grill there is a silver dial. This will let the gas out, you will be able to hear and smell it. Light this as soon as it as the line is opened. Be extremely careful, it can fill up with gas quickly. --- good cooking.

Please remember to shut the lines off when done cooking.
Keep in mind that our amazing HUUM Sauna takes about 45min to warm, plan ahead :)
Please only use the sauna between 8am - 6pm
Coleman propane burner for outdoor cooking ;)
Outdoor shower is hot and cold, please do wash off oils and lotions before entering the hot tub.
To light the fire pit, turn dial/timer and light the edge with the lighter. Enjoy and let it burn. Yes, it's on a timer ;)
Look for the gas release in the fire pit and carefully light it.
'Lean back when lighting the firepit, unless you're looking for a haircut ;)

Danish designed Velux sky light closes by itself when it starts to rain, just keep trucking ;)
On the side of the AC you will find the ON/OFF button
In winter months please do leave faucet on minimal drip 💧 for pipes not to freeze 🥶 Please drink as much as you can of this water, this comes from 180ft below the bedrock :)
Please feel free to use the light at night for dinner or just as a mood light at your hottub ;)
